CLIENT TRANSFORMATION

From 400+ lbs to 195 lbs

More than a transformation. Three years of dedication. When he began working with Coach Gage, he weighed more than 400 pounds. Through three years of coaching, nutrition, training, and showing up, he has reached 195 pounds. He continues working with Coach Gage because the journey is about more than a number on the scale.

JIMMY’S OWN TRAINING JOURNEY

A personal example of choosing progression over a fixed finish line.

I haven’t had one fitness journey. I’ve had many. Jimmy’s story has included seasons of building, setbacks, adaptation, rebuilding, growth, changing priorities, and beginning again. None of these photographs is a final destination.

APRIL 10, 2011

Sometimes progress means rebuilding.

Fitness taught Jimmy that progress is rarely a straight line. After a serious car accident on April 10, 2011, rebuilding became part of his story. Fitness coaching is not medical treatment or rehabilitation.

You don’t need his journey. You need a path forward from where you are today. Not perfection. PROGRESSION.
