Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern this website and the coaching relationship.

1. Agreement and website operator

These Terms govern access to the Abundance Life Coaching website and interactions with Abundance Coaching LLC d/b/a Abundance Life Coaching. Jimmy LaRowe owns or controls that company and brand. A separate coaching agreement controls if it conflicts with these website Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to request or enroll in coaching through the public website.

3. Coaching services and scope

Services may include coaching, education, accountability, personal-development support, fitness-related coaching, and faith-rooted coaching. Coaching is not occupational therapy or healthcare treatment, even though Jimmy LaRowe holds a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree and has training related to Mental Emotional Release and hypnotherapy.

4. Professional and emergency boundaries

Website content and coaching are not psychotherapy, medical care, physical therapy, emergency services, legal advice, financial advice, or medical nutrition therapy. If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for a suicide or mental-health crisis.

5. Fitness participation and health

Physical activity involves inherent risks. You are responsible for participating responsibly. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. Coaching is not medical clearance.

6. Consultations

A consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a program, availability, a particular service, or any result.

7. Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, attendance, participation, safety, and results.

8. Fees and payments

The public website and consultation booking flow do not collect coaching payments. Fees are disclosed in the applicable offer or commitment agreement. Stripe or another provider may process payments outside the public booking flow.

9. Commitment, cancellations, and refunds

Payments are generally nonrefundable once committed or paid, except when an extraordinary circumstance is approved by Jimmy LaRowe or a refund is required by law. The coaching agreement controls for that service.

10. No public website automatic renewal

The public website does not offer automatic renewal. A private coaching agreement is governed by its own written terms.

11. Communications and consent

SMS from the public website workflow is limited to transactional appointment and service-related communications. Promotional email, if used, is optional. Unsubscribe through the message or by emailing jimmylarowe@abundance-lifecoaching.com.

12. No guaranteed results

Individual results vary. Photographs, personal experience, and descriptions of potential benefits are not promises. We do not guarantee any particular health, fitness, weight, emotional, spiritual, relationship, financial, business, or life outcome.

13. Testimonials, photographs, and recordings

Client photographs and testimonials may be used only as permitted by an authorization. You may not record a session without permission.

14. Intellectual property

Coaching materials, website copy, branding, and original photographs are protected. Access grants a limited personal, noncommercial license unless a written agreement says otherwise.

15. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to violate law, impersonate another person, transmit malicious code, scrape data unlawfully, or misuse coaching materials.

16. Third-party services

The site may rely on LeadConnector/GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, meeting tools, Trainerize, Stripe, QuickBooks, and Google Fonts. Those services have their own terms.

17. Website availability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” except for a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access or end a coaching relationship when reasonably necessary for safety, scope, nonpayment, misuse, or a material breach, as the applicable agreement and law allow.

19. Governing law

These website Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, except where another law must apply. The parties should try a good-faith informal resolution before a formal claim. This draft does not create an arbitration requirement or class-action waiver.

20. Changes and priority of agreements

A signed coaching, payment, or release agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these website Terms.
