How Abundance Life Coaching collects, uses, and protects information.

1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Abundance Coaching LLC d/b/a Abundance Life Coaching collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through abundance-lifecoaching.com, consultation scheduling, communications, and related coaching operations. Jimmy LaRowe owns or controls Abundance Coaching LLC and the Abundance Life Coaching business and brand.

Abundance Life Coaching is principally located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States, and primarily serves clients in the United States. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to jimmylarowe@abundance-lifecoaching.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect contact and identity information, scheduling and inquiry information, coaching and client information, payment and transaction information handled outside the public booking flow, communications, and website and device information such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, and timestamps.

Please avoid submitting sensitive medical, mental-health, financial, or other information through general website or scheduling fields unless it is reasonably necessary and you are comfortable providing it.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you schedule a consultation, contact us, communicate by email or text, enter a coaching relationship, make a payment outside the public website, or otherwise provide information. We also receive limited website-use information automatically through hosting and analytics technologies, and may receive information from service providers that support scheduling, communication, coaching delivery, accounting, and payment processing.

4. How we use information

We may use personal information to schedule and manage consultations, respond to inquiries, provide services, communicate about the relationship, send promotional communications where legally permitted, process payments conducted outside the public website, operate and secure the site, keep business records, and comply with law.

5. Consultation scheduling, email, and text messaging

The website embeds a GoHighLevel/LeadConnector consultation calendar. Information submitted there may be used for scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, lead follow-up, CRM records, email and SMS, and coaching qualification.

At launch, SMS from the public website workflow is limited to transactional appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and other service-related communications. The public website workflow is not offered for promotional SMS. Promotional email, if used, remains optional.

6. Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies

The current Manus site used Manus Analytics/Umami, Google Fonts, and Manus hosting. This editable copy does not include an advertising pixel. Third-party services, including the booking calendar, may use their own cookies and logs.

7. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to service providers when reasonably necessary, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Google Workspace or Gmail, Zoom or Riverside, Trainerize, Stripe or another payment provider, QuickBooks, and professional advisors. Abundance Life Coaching does not intend to sell or rent personal information.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Policy, including services, the business relationship, consent records, accounting, security, disputes, and legal compliance. We do not represent that a single fixed deletion period applies to every record.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Your choices and privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete certain personal information. Send requests to jimmylarowe@abundance-lifecoaching.com.

11. Adults-only public enrollment

The public website is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Abundance Life Coaching does not offer coaching to minors through the public website.

12. Client photographs and permission

We use client photographs or progress materials only with permission appropriate to the intended use. Individual results vary. Requests about an image may be sent to jimmylarowe@abundance-lifecoaching.com.

13. Third-party services and links

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The effective date will be updated when a revised Policy is posted.
